In 2026, the Brucker Christkindlmarkt will again run on all four Advent weekends (Fridays to Sundays, 2–9 PM) on the southern Viehmarktplatz. Around 30 festively decorated stalls will offer arts and crafts, culinary delights, and Christmas drinks. The official opening will be by the Lord Mayor together with the market officer. The program includes a varied stage program with atmospheric music, puppet theater for children on Sundays, a visit from St. Nicholas with angels and Krampus, and the traditional Alpine performances by the Brucker Perchten & the Rauhnachtsgsindl. Getting There
The Viehmarktplatz is centrally located in Fürstenfeldbruck. Take the S-Bahn (S3) to Fürstenfeldbruck, then a few minutes' walk. By car via the A 8 / B 2; parking is available at the Volksfestplatz (Marthabräustraße), at the »Alten Schlachthof«, and at the Landratsamt (Münchner Straße).

The Brucker Christkindlmarkt is a staple of the Upper Bavarian pre-Christmas season. It takes place on the newly designed southern Viehmarktplatz in the heart of Fürstenfeldbruck and spans all four Advent weekends. It is open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Around 30 festively decorated stalls offer a colorful variety of arts and crafts, culinary delights, and Christmas drinks. Roasted almonds and mulled wine are just as much a part of it as handmade gifts — the ideal setting to do your Christmas shopping in peace and enjoy the Advent atmosphere.
Stage Program and Traditions

A special highlight is the performance of the Brucker Perchten & the Rauhnachtsgsindl, who create goosebump moments with their traditional Alpine performances. On St. Nicholas Day, the holy Nicholas visits families with angels and Krampus.
