Tickets
The number of tickets is deliberately very limited to maintain the intimate character. Sale via the official website; early booking strongly recommended as the festival is small and sells out quickly.

DIY by the Lake
The Wasted Open Air is a deliberately small, non-commercial DIY festival right on Obernzenner See in the municipality of Obernzenn. Since its first edition in 2018 (with editions in 2018, 2019, and 2022–2025), it has earned a reputation in the Stoner and Punk Rock scene as a family-friendly, community-driven festival — swimming, campfires, and loud music are inextricably linked.
Ethos and Concept
The organizer is Turbojugend Schlachthaus e.V. The festival emphasizes open, respectful coexistence, is explicitly anti-racist, and "for everyone." The number of tickets is deliberately kept very limited to preserve the intimate, non-commercial character.
