Food Trucks from Around the World in Revierpark

The Street Food Festival Dortmund Wischlingen brings the international food truck scene to Revierpark Wischlingen in the spring of 2026 — one of the green landmarks in Dortmund's west. From April 24th to 26th, over 30 food trucks will present their specialties: from Argentinian Asado and Vietnamese Bao Buns to Texan Smoked Brisket, vegan Soul Food, and Greek Gyros from the rotisserie.

Three Days of Park Atmosphere

The meadows along Höfkerstraße in front of the Solebad Wischlingen will become an open food truck route. Picnic tables, sunbathing lawns, and classic food truck vibes create a festival atmosphere without the festival stress. DJs will provide relaxed sounds in the evenings, and on weekends, families with children are also invited to enjoy the park as a culinary stage.

Revierpark Wischlingen — Recreation Oasis in Dortmund's West

Revierpark Wischlingen is one of five Revierparks in the Ruhr area — recreational areas deliberately created in the 1970s for the population of the industrial cities. With its brine thermal bath, lake, skate park, and spacious green areas, it forms the ideal stage for a park festival. The PollerWiesen Festival and Dortmund Olé also use the park as a venue.

Free Admission — The Appeal of the Food Truck Festival

As with all events in the Street Food & Music series, admission is free. Payment is made exclusively at the food trucks. This makes the festival an accessible culinary experience for the whole family. Prices per dish typically range from €8 to €14, with smaller street food snacks available from €4–€5.

Also in October — The Second Season

The Street Food Festival Dortmund Wischlingen is part of the street food season in the Ruhr area. A variation at a different location (Friedensplatz) takes place in October — Wischlingen is the spring venue.
