A Sellin Classic
The Seebrückenfest is one of the fixed summer dates in the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. The venue is the town's pier – Sellin's landmark with the striking bridge house that extends far into the Baltic Sea. Sellin is located on the island of Rügen in the district of Vorpommern-Rügen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The organizer is the Kurverwaltung Sellin.
Two Days of Music and Show
On both festival days, the Seebrückenfest offers a varied stage program. Live bands of various styles, an illusion show, blues groups, DJs, and an ABBA tribute follow one another and create a great atmosphere on the beach. The program is aimed at all generations – from families to evening dance guests.
Beach, Feasting, and Atmosphere
Around the stages, the beach invites you to linger: stalls with food and drinks, beach entertainment, and a summery atmosphere are all part of it. The festival is understood as a convivial beach party, focusing on "free music, fun, feasting, and atmosphere for all generations." Admission is free.
Fireworks over the Baltic Sea
The Seebrückenfest culminates on the second festival day: late in the evening, fireworks rise over the Baltic Sea, illuminating the pier and the water. With this spectacle, the festival bids farewell – an atmospheric conclusion to a Sellin summer weekend.
Seebrückenfest — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Seebrückenfest Sellin spans two days, each starting at noon, around the pier of the Baltic Sea resort. For two days, the festival offers music, shows, and beach entertainment for all generations.
The stage program combines live bands of various styles with an illusion show, blues groups, DJs, and an ABBA tribute. The festival culminates on Sunday evening, July 26th, with fireworks over the Baltic Sea. The detailed program will be announced in due course by the Kurverwaltung Sellin.

Getting There
Sellin is located in the southeast of the island of Rügen. You can reach it via the B196; by train, Sellin can be reached via the island railway. The festival takes place around the pier.

Admission to the Seebrückenfest is free.
Tip
Stay until the evening on the second festival day – the fireworks over the Baltic Sea are the highlight of the festival.
