Running in the City Center
The Rosenheim City Run is the annual running highlight of the city of Rosenheim in the district of the same name in the state of Bavaria. Organized by PTSV Rosenheim, the event has developed into a real brand in the Bavarian running calendar over the years – also thanks to hosting Bavarian championships as part of the run.
Course Through the Historic Center
The appeal of the City Run lies in its course: The starting gun fires on Prinzregentenstraße, from there the route leads through the heart of Rosenheim's city center. The finish line is on the atmospheric, historic Max-Josefs-Platz – the heart of the old town with its characteristic arcades. The inner-city route ensures a large crowd and a special atmosphere.
Runs for Everyone
The City Run offers competitions for every level:
- 10 km main run – ambitious distance, also as part of Bavarian championships
- Hobby run over approx. 3.3 km
- Children's run over 840 meters
Thus, the run appeals to ambitious competitors as well as hobby athletes and families from the region.
