Pink Floyd in a Sea of Roses

The Europa-Rosarium Sangerhausen is the world's largest rose collection — over 8,300 rose varieties spread across approximately 13 hectares of parkland. In summer, the Rosarium opens its RosenArena, an open-air stage integrated into the park, for concerts and tribute shows.

On June 20, 2026, PINKs CHOICE, a renowned Pink Floyd tribute band from Dresden, will celebrate the work of the British progressive rock legends here. An evening filled with epic sounds, soaring vocals, and meditative synthesizer pads — set against the unique atmosphere of a blooming summer rose garden.

PINKs CHOICE — The Band

The Dresden-based tribute band PINKs CHOICE has established itself in recent years as one of Germany's most reputable Pink Floyd interpretations. Their concerts focus on the band's core works: The Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, The Wall, The Division Bell. Songs like Wish You Were Here, Another Brick in the Wall, or Shine On You Crazy Diamond are typically featured.

Sangerhausen and Mansfeld-Südharz

Sangerhausen is a medium-sized town in the district of Mansfeld-Südharz in southwestern Saxony-Anhalt. Known as the Rose City for its botanical treasures, it also serves as a gateway to the South Harz region and the Kyffhäuser Mountains. The city is directly accessible via the A38 highway (Halle–Göttingen) and well-connected by long-distance trains (Erfurt–Halle).
