The Ostblock-Fahrzeugtreffen in Hammer an der Uecker is a four-day festival for all fans of GDR vehicles: Simson, MZ, Trabant, Wartburg, and other East Bloc vehicles dominate the scene at the Waldplatz in the Ueckermünder Heide. What began in 2025 with its first edition immediately attracted thousands of enthusiasts and is developing into a firm meeting point for the two-stroke scene in the north. In addition to classic car shows and vehicle awards, guests can expect a lively program of joint excursions, live bands, DJs, a flea market, and a laser show. Camping directly on the grounds is included — a weekend full of two-stroke scent, nostalgia, and community.

The 2nd Ostblock-Fahrzeugtreffen will take place from July 16 to 19, 2026, at the Waldplatz in Hammer an der Uecker. For four days, fans of Simson, MZ, Trabant, and Wartburg will gather for excursions, awards, live music, and a laser show.

The second edition of the Ostblock-Fahrzeugtreffen invites enthusiasts from Thursday, July 16, to Sunday, July 19, 2026, to the Waldplatz in Hammer an der Uecker. Following the successful debut in 2025, the organizers expect thousands of enthusiasts centered around GDR vehicle culture again.

The program includes classic car shows, vehicle awards, joint excursions, a two-wheeler dynamometer, a flea market, a children's and family program, as well as live bands, DJs, and a laser show. Camping is available directly on-site. A glass ban is in effect throughout the entire grounds.

Getting There

Hammer an der Uecker is located in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district, not far from Torgelow and Ueckermünde. The best way to get there is by car; organizers provide information on signage and parking facilities at the Waldplatz. Address: Klein Hammer 24, 17358 Hammer an der Uecker.

Camping

The Ostblock-Fahrzeugtreffen in Hammer an der Uecker is a festival for lovers of East Bloc mobility. The meeting is organized by Forellenhof Hammer in cooperation with Zweitaktbrigade Pommern. The festival is supported by the local municipality, Waldplatz Jatznick, the Hammer Volunteer Fire Department, and DJs and bands from the region. A glass ban is in effect throughout the entire event area — only cans or plastic containers are permitted.
