Three days of community festival with stages, funfair and wine village in Berlin-Karow
Karow is one of Berlin's greenest districts in the north of the Pankow borough. Where else single-family homes, fields, and the old village green characterize the landscape, the Karower Festtage set up their tents every spring: three stages, a funfair with rides, a wine village, and a children's area on the Stiftungswiese and the Alt Karow event grounds.
The 2026 program starts on Friday afternoon with a warm-up by Mr. Pete, followed by a big 90s party with Mikey Cyrox (Sqeezer). Saturday is dedicated to Schlager (Duo Atemlos) and the Berlin party band Partyrockers. Sunday concludes the weekend with "Hits zum Sonntag" by DJ Jens from Karow. In addition, there will be walking acts, mascots, and interactive programs for families.
Around the main stage, a traditional Berlin funfair attracts visitors with amusement rides, shooting galleries, candy stalls, and showmen. On the Stiftungswiese, the wooden huts of the wine village invite you to linger – with wines, aperitifs, and small dishes. A separate children's stage and play areas cater to the youngest guests.
The Karower Festtage have been supported for years by an alliance of Karow clubs, the Pankow district office, and private partners. The festival represents the idea of preserving the character of individual districts in a growing Berlin. Free admission, all generations welcome.
The 2026 edition of the Karower Festtage opens on Friday, May 8th at 2 PM and ends on Sunday, May 10th at 8 PM. The venues are, as usual, the event grounds and the Stiftungswiese Alt Karow at Achillesstraße 46 in Berlin-Karow (Pankow). Admission is free.
The main stage is curated by Hauptstadt Kultur, complemented by amusement rides, a children's stage, and the wine village. The organizers are Jüttner Entertainment / Hauptstadt Kultur, supported by Karow clubs.
