Decentralized indoor festival for punk, emo, and hardcore in Bremen's Viertel
The Fair-Weather-Fest brings the punk, emo, and hardcore scene right into Bremen's Viertel for a weekend in June. Instead of one large venue, the festival uses a decentralized concept: several clubs and cultural venues around Sielwall in the Östliche Vorstadt will be used simultaneously. With your wristband, you decide whether to head directly to a favorite band or let yourself drift and discover something new.
The heart of the festival is the non-profit cultural center Lagerhaus on Schildstraße. In addition, there's the traditional Lila Eule on Bernhardstraße, Eisen on Sielwall, and Calavera on Körnerwall – all within walking distance in the same neighborhood. This creates a festival feeling in a confined space, where you can simply move from one stage to the next between sets.
The lineup includes bands like Jared Hart, BROCKHOFF, Swoon, Abramowicz, Still Talk, Harker, Between Bodies, Eaten By Snakes, and CHARTREUX, complemented by numerous other national and international acts. Characteristic is the mix of melodic punk, edgy hardcore, emo, and indie – curated by organizers who are active in bands themselves and know the scene from the inside. The atmosphere is known to be exuberant and sweaty: intimate clubs, lots of movement, sing-alongs, and an audience that participates.
The festival positions itself as an antidote to purely commercial events, standing for independent cultural operations supported by the scene. In a Hanseatic city that traditionally values its club culture, the Fair-Weather-Fest fits perfectly, connecting international guests with Bremen's vibrant subculture.
After its sold-out premiere in 2025, Fair-Weather-Fest enters its second round on June 5th and 6th, 2026. Over two days, 30 national and international acts will perform in several clubs in Bremen's Viertel – with a focus on punk, emo, indie, and hardcore. The main venue is the Kulturzentrum Lagerhaus on Schildstraße; other locations include Lila Eule, Eisen, and Calavera, all within walking distance in the same neighborhood around Sielwall. With a festival wristband for €39 (plus booking fees), you can move freely between all stages – tickets are deliberately kept low in 2026 to ensure accessibility for as many people as possible.
The organizer will announce the stage and set times shortly before the festival on fairweatherfest.de. Advance sales via tixforgigs.com, as well as Titus and Black Plastic in the Steintorviertel.
All venues are located in the Viertel (Östliche Vorstadt) around Sielwall. You can reach the Sielwall tram stop directly; it's only a few minutes from Bremen Hauptbahnhof (main train station).
One festival wristband grants access for both days and all venues. Advance sales are available through TixForGigs, among others; tickets start at around 60 Euros. Early bird contingents are typically sold out quickly.
