Overview

The premiere of Fair-Weather-Fest took place in early June 2025 as a decentralized indoor festival in Bremen's Viertel. Around 25 acts from punk, emo, and hardcore performed at several venues, including Lagerhaus, Calavera, Lila Eule, Titus, Eisen, and Black Plastic. The festival was completely sold out.

At its first edition in 2025, Fair-Weather-Fest immediately established itself as a fixture in the North German punk and emo scene. Around 25 acts performed across several clubs in the Viertel, including Swedish indie rockers Mondane, Belgian post-hardcore band Wrong Man, Forever Unclean from Copenhagen, and headliners Shoreline from Münster with an extended set. The festival was completely sold out; reports highlighted the intense, sweaty club atmosphere and the audience's enthusiastic participation. The success directly led to the announcement of the second edition for 2026.
