The Eutin City Festival with Grand Flea Market transforms the historic city center of the Rose Town Eutin into a vibrant festival ground every year. From August 14th to 16th, 2026, one of the region's largest flea markets will stretch across Lübecker Straße, Stolbergstraße, Königstraße, Jungfernstieg, Schlossstraße, Peterstraße, and the entire city bay. The program includes live cover band music, a children's program with bouncy castles, carousels, and face painting, as well as diverse gastronomy. The highlight for children is the children's flea market between the castle and the castle terraces.

The Eutin City Festival with Grand Flea Market 2026 runs from Friday, August 14th (8 PM–11 PM) to Sunday, August 16th (8 AM–6 PM). Grand Flea Market in numerous city center streets, live cover band music, children's flea market at the castle, bouncy castles, and carousels. Organizer: Georgs Event GmbH.

The 2026 edition of the Eutin City Festival follows the established three-day format. Opening on Friday evening with live cover band music, main market day on Saturday with catering until midnight, and a relaxed family Sunday until 6 PM. Organizer Georgs Event GmbH (contact 0177 3412410) coordinates the main program, while C. Hochberg GmbH u. Co. KG is responsible for flea market stall registrations.

Accompanying this, the Eutin city bus service on lines 1–5 is free of charge all day on Saturday and Sunday. This makes travel convenient even without a private car.

The Eutin City Festival with Grand Flea Market has been one of Schleswig-Holstein's largest summer city festivals for years and fills the city center with tens of thousands of visitors every August.

The core of the event is the Grand Flea Market, which extends over large parts of Eutin's city center — Lübecker Straße, Stolbergstraße, Königstraße, Jungfernstieg, Schlossstraße, Peterstraße, and the city bay. Here, private sellers offer bric-a-brac, antiques, household items, and curiosities — a classic large-format flea market experience.
