Generations Summer Day at the Kleiner Hafen Stolzenhagen with Land.GESTALTEN — Concerts, Theatre, Workshops
Stolzenhagen is a district of the municipality of Lunow-Stolzenhagen in the Barnim district, directly on the western edge of the Lower Oder Valley National Park. The Kleiner Hafen (Small Harbour) at the edge of the village opens towards the Oder and the vast floodplains.
The village festival starts at the harbour at 2 PM. It's more than a classic village festival — the local heritage association and the funding project Land.GESTALTEN have put together a well-thought-out program that appeals to all generations.
The Land.GESTALTEN project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture and supports rural initiatives that combine community, culture, and sustainable development. The Dorffest Stolzenhagen is a prime example.
The festival is located directly on the Lower Oder Valley National Park, Germany's only floodplain national park. If you arrive early, a hike through the Oder floodplains is worthwhile — the natural landscape shapes the festival and its atmosphere.
A one-day festival focusing on intergenerational encounters. A sophisticated stage program and workshops, far beyond a classic village festival. Funded by the Land.GESTALTEN project.
You can reach Stolzenhagen by car via the B 158, then the L 28 from Eberswalde. Take the NEB train to Niederfinow or Britz, then a bus or bicycle. A walking path from Britz station is possible.
Free admission.
