The Dorffest Mixdorf is the annual summer festival of the small community of Mixdorf in the Schlaubetal, Oder-Spree district. At the end of June, the festival grounds on Neue Straße transform into a convivial meeting place for locals and guests of the Oder-Spree lake landscape. For two evenings, from 6 PM to midnight, the community invites you to enjoy music, refreshments, and relaxed get-togethers in one of Brandenburg's most beautiful nature parks. Experience authentic Brandenburg village tradition, away from the tourist hustle and bustle, in the heart of the wooded Schlaubetal with its clear lakes and romantic streams.

On Friday, June 26, and Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 6 PM to midnight each day, the community of Mixdorf invites you to the traditional Dorffest on the festival grounds at Neue Straße 11. For two evenings, the grounds in the heart of the village transform into a convivial meeting place for locals and guests of the Schlaubetal region.

Live music, food, and drinks prepared by the villagers, along with a family-friendly supporting program, ensure a festive summer atmosphere. Mixdorf is located in the middle of the Schlaubetal Nature Park — those extending their weekend can combine the festival with hikes around the Großer Müllroser See lake, bike tours on the Schlaubetal hiking trail, or a visit to the region's historic mills.

Mixdorf — a gem in the Schlaubetal

The community of Mixdorf is located in the Schlaubetal Nature Park in the Oder-Spree district, about 80 kilometers southeast of Berlin. With its approximately 500 inhabitants, Mixdorf is one of those small Brandenburg communities that have preserved their rural character.
