Getting There

By car via the A13 exit Ruhland or via the B169 between Bad Liebenwerda and Lauchhammer. Approximately 130 km from Berlin or 80 km from Dresden. Parking available at the sports field and in the village. No direct train connection — nearest stations are Falkenberg/Elster or Lauchhammer.

Free admission. Food, drinks, and tombola payable separately. Donations for the DSV are welcome.

Schraden is a small village in the Amt Plessa, Elbe-Elster district, with fewer than 1,000 inhabitants. This is precisely what makes the annual Dorf- und Sportfest (village and sports festival) so special: everyone knows everyone here, and the whole village celebrates together.
