A Kölsche Summer Party between Cologne and Düsseldorf

Anyone who thinks Karneval is a winter affair hasn't been to the BÜTZ & BEATS Festival in Langenfeld. On Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Freizeitpark Langfort will transform into a summery festival grounds for Kölsche Karneval hits, dialect pop, and Rhineland party music – open-air, right in the middle of the most beautiful season. Location: Langenfeld is located directly between Cologne and Düsseldorf, perfectly accessible from the entire Rhineland.

The 2026 Line-up — The Crème de la Crème of the Kölsche Scene

The Langenfeld Karneval Committee has put together a line-up usually only experienced on November 11th or Rose Monday. Miljö, Räuber, Lupo, Eldorado, Planschemalöör, King Loui, Stadtrand, Marita Köllner, Funky Marys, Palaver, Aluis, 47Kö11sch, and Nico Forlan will be on stage. Andrea Schönenborn will host the program. 14 acts in nine hours – that's more Kölsche music than some Karneval sessions offer in an entire season.

Freizeitpark Langfort — The Location

The Freizeitpark Langfort is located in western Langenfeld and offers a spacious open-air area, ideal for a festival of this magnitude. Large stage roof, several bar islands, food stalls with Kölsch and international cuisine, children's zone until the afternoon, classic party atmosphere from the evening hours.

The festival offers tiered ticket prices:

• Standard Ticket: €49.99
• Standard Jeck (with a current discount of €5): €44.99
• Children up to 11 years old: €29.99
• VIP Jeck: €111.11 — includes all-inclusive drinks and finger food buffet (often sells out)
• Group discounts for 6 or 11 people

Optional add-ons: Standing table (€19), 10-liter Kölsch keg (€111), festival parking (€10), and admission to the after-show party (€10).

Karneval for a Good Cause

The organizer is the Festkomitee Langenfelder Karneval e.V. (Margarethenstr. 27, Langenfeld). The proceeds from the festival go towards promoting Langenfeld Karneval and its clubs – BÜTZ & BEATS is therefore not only the biggest Rhineland summer party but also one of the most important sources of income for local Karneval culture.

Langenfeld in the Rhineland

Langenfeld (Rhineland), with almost 60,000 inhabitants, is located in the Mettmann district, directly on the Rhine and the A3 motorway between Cologne and Düsseldorf.
