Korschenbroich, a medium-sized town with around 33,000 inhabitants in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss district (Düsseldorf administrative region), is located between Mönchengladbach and Neuss on the Lower Rhine. The town has a long agricultural tradition — and with Privatbrauerei Bolten (family-owned since 1266), one of Germany's oldest breweries. In 2026, a new music festival will launch here: the Broichland Festival, organized by the local artist collective WirSindBaend together with the brewery and the Bolten agricultural business.
