The Neunkirchen-Seelscheid Wine Festival has a special charm: instead of celebrating outdoors, it takes place in the auditorium of the Gesamtschule. What sounds like a school atmosphere is actually an elegant festival hall bathed in stylish light. The Werbegemeinschaft WIR NeunkirchenSeelscheider – an association of local retailers and restaurateurs – has been organizing the festival for over ten years as a highlight of its community work. 2026 marks the 14th edition.

All-inclusive concept: pay once, all wines

What sets the festival apart from other wine festivals is the all-inclusive ticket concept. For €29 in advance, *all* wines, all non-alcoholic drinks, and admission are included. This takes the pressure off your wallet and the effort off the service: you get your ticket wristband at the entrance and can freely sample the offerings. Beer and food are charged separately.

Luciano Della Libera – Atmosphere with a Mediterranean Touch

On stage in 2026 is the singer Luciano Della Libera, one of the most sought-after Italian event singers in Germany. His repertoire combines Schlager classics, Italian evergreens, modern hits, and ballads – with the southern flair that gives every wine festival the right atmosphere.

Tickets only in advance – no box office sales

Important: The wine festival does not sell tickets at the box office. Anyone who wants to attend on September 5 must purchase their ticket in advance. Sales points are the City-Reisebüro Carmen Schiffer in Neunkirchen (Tel. 02247-300067) and Bobka Augenoptik Uhren Schmuck in Seelscheid. Online reservations via the WIR website. As the auditorium has limited capacity, the festival usually sells out within a few weeks.

Neunkirchen-Seelscheid is a municipality in the Rhein-Sieg district, east of Siegburg. It was formed in 1969 from the merger of the two villages of Neunkirchen and Seelscheid. The rural community with just under 20,000 inhabitants thrives on an active club scene – the wine festival is a social highlight where you know almost every second person from the local clubs, sports associations, or the business association.

Accessible and with a shuttle from Seelscheid

The auditorium is accessible. A free shuttle bus departs from Seelscheid around 6 p.m. and returns around 11:30 p.m. This allows for relaxed travel even without your own car – important if you plan to sample wine.
