The Unterhaching Bürgerfest is the major Volksfest of the municipality of Unterhaching in the district of Munich (Bavaria), located just outside the state capital. For over ten days, the local park is transformed into a festival ground with a festival tent, amusement park, and a colourful stage programme – genuine Wiesn-flair in Munich's southeast.
Festival Tent with Live Music
Daily bands play in the festival tent for all age groups – from party hits and mood music to classic Wiesn sounds. Well-known festival hosts and musicians, also familiar from the Oide Wiesn and Oktoberfest, shape the event. The opening is traditionally accompanied by music, followed by ten days of festivities with beer, Bavarian delicacies, and dancing.
Amusement Park and Family Days
Around the festival tent, an amusement park with rides, stalls, and attractions invites visitors. Family days with special offers are specifically aimed at families with children, ensuring the Bürgerfest connects generations.

Bürgerfest Unterhaching — edition 2026
From July 10th to 19th, 2026, Unterhaching will celebrate its 52nd Bürgerfest in the local park. For over ten days, the festival tent, live music, and an amusement park will dominate the scene – Wiesn-flair on the outskirts of Munich.
Daily bands will play in the festival tent, ranging from mood music to party hits; well-known hosts and musicians from the Oide Wiesn and Oktoberfest circles will shape the programme. The amusement park with rides and stalls, as well as family days with special offers, will make the festival an experience for all generations. The complete band lineup for 2026 will be announced by the municipality of Unterhaching.

July 10–19, 2026, Festival grounds in Unterhaching Ortspark:
- Opening — Kick-off with musical accompaniment, tapping of the first keg in the festival tent
- Festival Tent Daily — Live bands for all age groups, from mood music to party hits; well-known hosts from the Oide Wiesn and Oktoberfest circles
- Amusement Park — Rides, stalls, and attractions throughout the ten days
- Family Day — Special offers for families with children
The specific bands and times for 2026 will be published by the municipality of Unterhaching via unterhaching.de; they were not yet available in detail at the time of research. Getting There
Unterhaching is located south of Munich in the district of Munich. Take the S-Bahn (S3) from Munich to Unterhaching station, then a few minutes' walk to the Ortspark. By car, take the A8 / B13; parking is limited at the festival grounds – travelling by S-Bahn is recommended.
