Steiner Stadtfest — edition 2026
The Steiner Stadtfest with Kulturfrühling 2026 will be celebrated on Sunday, May 10, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 6 PM on the main street (B14). The shops in FORUM Stein and along the main street will be open from 1 PM to 6 PM. At Martin-Luther-Platz, there will be Zumba performances by adults and children starting at 1:30 PM; at Mecklenburger Platz, ensembles from the Stein Music School will perform starting at 2 PM during an open house. Church and cemetery tours will take place at 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, and 5:30 PM. At 4 PM, the choir »Sängerlust« will give a concert in the Martin-Luther-Kirche, and at 5:30 PM, the Steiner Schlossgeister will perform at Martin-Luther-Platz. On the preceding Saturday evening, the Steiner Kulturfrühling on Mecklenburger Platz will set the mood with live music (including the Regensburg band Midlife Crisis Ltd.).

Getting There
Stein is located in the district of Fürth in Middle Franconia, directly west of Nuremberg, accessible via the B14 and public transport from Nuremberg/Fürth. Parking is available in the town center and at FORUM Stein.

Admission to the entire Stadtfest and Kulturfrühling is free.
Tip
The Stadtfest takes place on Sundays from approx. 12:30 PM to 6 PM, shops from 1 PM to 6 PM. The Kulturfrühling on Saturday evening at Mecklenburger Platz is also worthwhile.
