Punk and Hardcore Festival in Nuremberg's Stadionpark — not an inflated event, but bands, audience, and the cause itself
Save The Core is Nuremberg's commitment to punk and hardcore culture. The festival, organized by Concertbüro Franken, takes place in the Stadionpark — a compact area on Kurt-Leucht-Weg that ensures short distances and direct contact between bands and the audience. The philosophy is clearly stated: no inflated event facade, but a festival about the bands, the audience, and the cause itself.
The lineup spans a wide spectrum of the scene: California Skatepunk, New York Hardcore, plus Ska and Rock'n'Roll influences. International headliners meet scene legends — a program that appeals to die-hard fans as well as the curious looking for a genuine, unvarnished live experience.
A special feature of the 2026 edition: Festival visitors receive free admission to the adjacent Stadionbad Nürnberg on the event day — perfect for cooling off between sets on hot summer days. The Stadionpark is located in the Sportpark area near the Frankenstadion and is easily accessible by public transport.
Save The Core deliberately distinguishes itself from larger festivals: Instead of focusing on size or special effects, it concentrates on strong bands, a clear direction, and the people who come for exactly that. Tickets are limited — a festival for those who take punk and hardcore seriously.
