About Rödelseer Weinfest

The Rödelseer Weinfest is one of the most beautiful wine festivals in Mainfranken. On the first weekend of July, the atmospheric festival grounds around Crailsheim Castle in the wine-growing community of Rödelsee transform into a meeting point for wine lovers. Eight Rödelsee wineries serve Franconian wines, accompanied by regional specialties and a diverse music program ranging from brass bands and party rock to DJ sets in the cellar bar. A special feature is the »Original Rödelseer Weinleiter« (Original Rödelsee Wine Ladder), where seven selected Bocksbeutel wines can be tasted — wine culture against a baroque castle backdrop.

Rödelseer Weinfest — edition 2026

The 55th Rödelseer Weinfest will take place from July 3 to 6, 2026, at Crailsheim Castle. It will be opened on Friday by Wine Princess Mia I., followed by brass music and party rock by Die Hopferstädter, and a cellar bar party with DJ Jones. Performers include the Winzerkapelle Rödelsee, the Monkeyman Band, 5er Blech, and Streetgig; the finale on Monday will be by the Stoapfälzer Spitzbuam. Eight wineries and the Original Rödelseer Weinleiter with seven Bocksbeutel wines.

The 55th Rödelseer Weinfest will be celebrated from July 3 to 6, 2026, at Crailsheim Castle. The opening on Friday at 8:00 PM will be by Wine Princess Mia I.

Musically, Die Hopferstädter (brass music and party rock), the Winzerkapelle Rödelsee, the Monkeyman Band, the brass ensemble 5er Blech, Streetgig, and finally the Stoapfälzer Spitzbuam will provide the atmosphere; on Friday and Saturday, DJ Jones will also spin in the cellar bar (Happy Hour until 10 PM). Eight Rödelsee wineries will be serving, with the highlight being the »Original Rödelseer Weinleiter« featuring seven selected Bocksbeutel wines.

Eight Rödelsee wineries present their wines — including Weingut Weltner, Weingut Hemberger, Weingut Meyer, Weinmanufaktur 3 Zeilen, Weinwerkstatt Heß, Winzergemeinschaft Franken eG, Weingut Melber, and Weingut Vollhals. The festival is opened by the reigning Wine Princess.
