The festival is traditionally opened by the Wine Princess with the Kitzingen Court Council and entourage, accompanied by Franconian brass bands and bands. For 2026, the Weinfest Buchbrunn is scheduled for Saturday, July 25th, and Sunday, July 26th. On Saturday evening, the Wine Princess, together with the Kitzingen Court Council and entourage, will open the festival, accompanied by Franconian musicians playing everything from brass music to hits and current charts. On Sunday, the wine festival church service starts at 10:30 AM, followed by a hearty lunch and a coffee bar with homemade cake. Getting There

Buchbrunn is located in the Kitzingen district in Upper Franconia, directly on the A3 motorway (Kitzingen/Schwarzach exit). By train to Kitzingen, then continue by bus. The festival grounds around the village fountain are within walking distance of the town center.
