Rodinger Volksfest

A Volksfest with a Long Tradition

The Rodinger Volksfest is one of the traditional Bavarian Volksfeste in Eastern Bavaria. It spans nine festival days on the Volksfestplatz am Regen (festival grounds on the Regen river), in close proximity to Roding's historic old town. The organizers are the City of Roding and the Burschenverein Roding, which, with its numerous volunteer members, designs the festival parade and program points.

• The traditional Volksfestumzug (festival parade) with over 2,000 participants – clubs, traditional costume groups, music bands, and floats parade through the town to the festival grounds.

Beer Price and Reservation

The Mass (liter) of beer remains stable at €9.80 in 2026. Table reservations are possible from May 18, 2026 – the day before, the program presentation will be held in the City of Roding with a press conference and program booklet.
