Overview

In 2025, the Rodinger Volksfest was also celebrated for nine days at the festival grounds on the Regen river. The program featured a parade with clubs and floats, a festival tent, rides, and fireworks on the Regen. The Mass (liter) of beer reached the price that will remain stable in 2026.

The 2025 Rodinger Volksfest continued the long tradition of the largest Volksfest in the Cham district. At the Volksfestplatz am Regen, the festival tent, amusement park, and tradition stalls were bustling.

Highlights included the parade with thousands of participants, including traditional costume groups, music bands, and floats, as well as the spectacular fireworks show over the Regen. On family days, parents and children enjoyed reduced prices on rides.

Organizers City of Roding and Burschenverein Roding, along with numerous helpers, ensured the smooth running of the event. In 2025, the Volksfest once again confirmed its role as a tourist and social highlight in Eastern Bavaria.
