The family play will be performed twice on Saturday, July 18, 2026, and Sunday, July 19, 2026 – in the afternoon and early evening. The Sunday evening performance runs from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM on the Naturbühne am Schönberg.
2026 Tour
OVIGO Theater is touring "Robin Hood" through the Upper Palatinate in 2026. In addition to Grafenwöhr, performances are also scheduled in Burgtreswitz (Moosbach) and Winklarn – those who can't get tickets on the summer weekend have further opportunities there.

Getting There
By car via A 93 Regensburg–Hof, exit Grafenwöhr. The Naturbühne is located on the outskirts of Grafenwöhr (follow signs from the town center). Parking spaces are designated.

Naturbühne am Schönberg – Theater in the Forest
The Naturbühne am Schönberg is a distinctive open-air stage in a forest area above the town of Grafenwöhr (Neustadt an der Waldnaab district, Upper Palatinate, Bavaria). Here, OVIGO Theater regularly stages family plays under the open sky – with the silence of the forest and natural acoustics as stage partners.
The Story
The OVIGO production follows the young Robin of Locksley, who becomes an outlaw and gathers a colorful group of companions around him in Sherwood Forest: Friar Tuck, Little John, and many others. The famous archery competition against the Sheriff, the reunion with Marian, and the struggle for justice make the story a classic that captivates both children and adults.
Stage and Format
OVIGO Theater sees itself as an open-air and touring theater. The production "Robin Hood" will tour not only in Grafenwöhr in 2026 but also in Burgtreswitz (Moosbach) and Winklarn. The ensemble will perform twice on each of two days in July on the Naturbühne in Grafenwöhr.
