Lexy & K-Paul on Berlin's Sandy Beach
Lexy & K-Paul have been fixtures of the Berlin electronic scene since the early 2000s — known for a mix of House, Techno, and Rave with a strong live component. Their connection to the Berlin club landscape is close: from Berghain's predecessor Ostgut to Watergate and the city's major open-airs. The qantaloop Festival transfers this Berlin energy to a location that has little to do with inner-city club density — the sandy beach of Strandbad Grünau on the Langen See.
Two Stages, Clear Berlin Line
On the Beach Stage directly on the sand in 2026, alongside Lexy & K-Paul, will be former MTV presenter and long-time DJ Markus Kavka, Berlin tech-house DJ Lexer, Salim Frank, and Mayze. In the Waldarena in the surrounding pine forest, Nena Polap, MiBA, and Nat SuPrise will take over — a mix of established acts and emerging selectors. The festival runs for eight hours, from 2 PM to 10 PM.
Motto: ONE.BEACH — ONE.LOVE
The festival motto “ONE.BEACH — ONE.LOVE” stands for the idea that Berlin's club landscape also moves to the lake in summer and reinvents itself on the city's outskirts. qantaloop thus joins the ranks of Berlin beach festivals that alternately use the Strandbad Grünau location between May and September — from Players Delight Spring Beach in May to Reunion and Neelix in late summer.
Strictly 18+, Unified Ticket Concept
The qantaloop Festival is strictly 18+. Tickets cost €34.90 and include a welcome drink. As with the other Strandbad Grünau festivals, payment on-site is cashless; outside food and drinks are not allowed, and street food stalls will cater throughout the day. Cabanas and daybeds can be booked separately.
Strandbad Grünau in the Treptow-Köpenick District
Strandbad Grünau on Möllhausenufer is one of Berlin's most traditional lidos — a listed building right on the sandy beach of Langen See. In the Treptow-Köpenick district of the state of Berlin, it belongs to the Grünau neighborhood and is reachable in 35 minutes from the main station via S-Bahn (S8, S46, S85) and then Tram 68. For the qantaloop Festival, the location transforms into an electronic daytime stage with a Berlin signature on August 22, 2026.
