In early August 2026, Muggendorf will celebrate its traditional Kerwa over five days. As is customary at Franconian Kirchweihen, the raising of the Kerwabaum, the dancing of the Kerwapaare, brass band music, and convivial hospitality will be at the center of the festivities. The festival falls right in the middle of the summer season in Franconian Switzerland, bringing locals and holiday guests together in the village center.
