Maritime Spring Festival on the Müritz

The Müritz Sail is the grand maritime opening of the season on the Mecklenburg Lake District. Over the long Ascension Day weekend, it takes place at several locations on Germany's largest inland lake. The Röbel/Müritz location in the Mecklenburg Lake District county is dedicated to the Angling & Watersports Expo.

The Angling & Watersports Expo

At the Röbel Marina, around 30 exhibitors present modern angling equipment, watersports gear, and accessories. The thematic spectrum extends beyond angling: watersports, camping, caravanning, motorcycles, and e-mobility are also part of the exhibition. Regional and national providers offer insights into their products and advise visitors directly by the water.

Workshops, Demonstrations, and Stage

The expo thrives on its hands-on character: workshops, demonstrations, and activities invite participation, and meetings with exhibitors allow for direct exchange. A large stage offers discussion rounds, talks, cooking shows, and music, making the Angling & Watersports Expo a diverse event for the whole family.

Part of the Müritz Sail

The Angling & Watersports Expo in Röbel is integrated into the overall program of the Müritz Sail, which simultaneously features maritime events in Waren (Müritz) and Rechlin. K-Sports & Events is the organizer of the expo. Thousands of guests visit the Mecklenburg Lake District over the Ascension Day weekend.

Getting There

Röbel/Müritz is located on the southwestern shore of the Müritz and is accessible via the B198 and the A19 (Röbel exit). The marina is centrally located and within walking distance of the old town. Admission to the expo is free.
