Punk Legends at Astra Kulturhaus
The Monsters of Punk Festival sees itself as an annual Berlin gathering point for the international hardcore and streetpunk scene. The venue is the Astra Kulturhaus on Revaler Straße 99 on the RAW grounds (Friedrichshain), one of Berlin's best-known event halls for rock, punk, and metal.
British Anarcho- and Streetpunk at the Center
The festival traditionally focuses on the legacy of British punk: in 2026, Discharge, GBH, and The Exploited will share a stage in Berlin – a lineup rarely seen in this form elsewhere. The three bands have shaped D-beat, streetpunk, and anarcho-punk since the late 1970s and have influenced countless subsequent bands.
Polish, German, and Berlin Acts
The lineup is completed by Polish punk legends Farben Lehre, as well as German and Berlin bands like Deaf Devils, Antinorm, and Hot Action Waxing. The festival thus combines classic streetpunk with current acts from the Central and Eastern European scene.
Astra Kulturhaus – Berlin's Punk Address
The Astra can hold up to 1,500 standing spectators and is part of the DNA of Berlin's concert culture. Located directly at the Warschauer Straße S-Bahn station, in the heart of Friedrichshain's nightlife, it's the perfect festival venue: backstage meets underground, cloakroom meets RAW-Klub. The Monsters of Punk is one of those concerts where the Astra fully lives up to its reputation as Berlin's punk house.
Monsters of Punk — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Monsters of Punk Festival will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the Astra Kulturhaus on the RAW grounds in Berlin-Friedrichshain. Doors open and concert starts from 4 PM.
On stage will be Scottish punk legends The Exploited, British anarcho-punks Discharge, and the streetpunk band GBH – a lineup that, in this configuration, represents one of the most exciting punk concert events of the year in Berlin. The supporting acts include Polish cult band Farben Lehre, Deaf Devils, Antinorm, and Hot Action Waxing.
The event is organized by KoKa 36 in cooperation with Astra Kulturhaus. Tickets are available from around 48 Euros via Eventim, dice.fm, and the official Astra website. A punk after-party will follow at Astra.

Practical information — Monsters of Punk
Getting There
S-Bahn or U1/U3 to Warschauer Straße, then about a five-minute walk via Revaler Straße. From Hauptbahnhof, about 20 minutes by S5/S7. Parking is very limited on the RAW grounds and in the surrounding area – arriving by public transport is strongly recommended.

Tickets from around 48 Euros via Eventim, dice.fm, and at well-known advance booking offices.
Tips
The main acts play in the latter half of the day – those who want to see all bands should plan to arrive from 4 PM. Earplugs and sturdy footwear recommended. There is a cloakroom on-site; large bags are checked at the entrance.
