Lovingly handmade electronic festival on a farm in Havelland
The Mauzen Festival belongs to the youngest wave of Havelland farm festivals. First held in 2024, and in its third edition in 2026, it deliberately remains small. Three "floors" – the word is used instead of "stages" – are spread across the farm in Garlitz, a district of the municipality of Nennhausen in Amt Nennhausen, Havelland district.
Musically, Mauzen moves between Tech-House, Techno, and styles that the collective itself groups under the term "Garzelice" – a playful self-creation for the mix of danceable techno and experimental sound. For the first time in 2026, some live acts are confirmed, complementing the DJ program.
The festival focuses on a comprehensive program: workshops spread throughout the weekend, karaoke as an evening format, hidden venues on the grounds, a food court with a vegan focus. The stages are handmade, the decorations are made from natural materials from the farm. Camping is possible on the grounds and is included in the price.
Amt Nennhausen is a rural administrative unit in western Brandenburg, characterized by small villages, castles, and the Havelaue landscape. The state of Brandenburg is famous for its weekend open-airs on converted farms – the Mauzen Festival is one of the newest and smallest in this series. It is aimed at dance music enthusiasts seeking an accessible, personal festival without a mass audience.
The Havelland region is one of those Brandenburg districts that have established themselves as a festival region in recent years. Proximity to Berlin, ample space, empty farms – the conditions are ideal. Mauzen adds a deliberately small, identity-strong format to the region's spectrum.
Mauzen 2026 is the third edition of the small festival and, for the first time in 2026, will feature some live acts in addition to the otherwise DJ-centric program. Three floors are spread across the farm in Garlitz, each with its own musical profile between Tech-House, Techno, and the in-house "Garzelice" mix.
Throughout the weekend: workshops, karaoke, communal cooking, lovingly handmade decorations, and hidden venues to discover. Camping included.
Three floors, live acts for the first time, workshops, handmade decorations, farm setting.
