Germany's biggest Schlager and Party Festival with pyro show, exclusively for adults
For several years now, the Mallorca Summer Festival has been Germany's highest-grossing and most-attended open-air Schlager and Mallorca hits festival. With stops in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Stuttgart, and Tübingen, it tours through Germany's major cities every year. On Saturday, September 12, 2026, it will make a stop in Tübingen – at the festival grounds on Europastraße, in the west of the university city. Event times: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Doors open 1:00 PM). Eight hours of party Schlager, Mallorca hits, and Schlager classics.
The 2026 lineup includes ten top acts from the Schlager and Mallorca scene: Mia Julia (Queen of Mallorca Schlager), Ikke Hüftgold (Party Legend), Isi Glück (resident of Mallorca), Julian Sommer, and others. DJ Noisetime ensures seamless transitions between acts, and moderator Timo Scheppert guides through the program. The stage is “completely new, gigantic, and breathtaking” – with an XXL stage show, LED walls, flamethrowers, pyrotechnics, and a fireworks finale. Anyone who loves Mallorca Schlager will get their money's worth here.
A special feature is the strict age limit: The Mallorca Summer Festival is a “party for adults – strictly 18 years and over, no exceptions!” – parents cannot bring their 16 or 17-year-old children. Background: The lyrics of many Mallorca Schlager songs are explicit, alcohol consumption is high, and the festival consciously positions itself as a pure adult event. Security checks at the entrance are strict, and ID is mandatory.
The Mallorca Summer Festival Tübingen has consistently sold out for the past five years. There are no tickets available at the door – those who want to attend must secure tickets in advance. Prices follow an early-bird model: the earlier you buy, the cheaper it is. The 2026 edition has once again been approved by the city of Tübingen – the organizers are sticking with Tübingen as a fixed tour stop. Compared to major cities like Stuttgart or Munich, Tübingen is unusual; however, the university city offers a suitable open-air location on the outskirts with the festival grounds on Europastraße.
Since the 2010s, Mallorca Schlager has become its own subgenre of German pop music – a mix of traditional Schlager, Mallorca clichés, and party music. The lyrics are influenced by Ballermann, Schinkenstraße, Megapark, and Bierkönig; artists like Mickie Krause, Mia Julia, and Ikke Hüftgold have emerged from this scene. The Mallorca Summer Festival imports the Spanish island feeling to a German festival ground – with everything that goes with it: lots of beer, lots of Schlager, lots of collective atmosphere.
