Fixed programme items include face painting, a craft street, fire engines to touch, neighbourhood challenges, a neighbourhood quiz, and a football tournament. Lütten Klein is a district with large housing estates — and with a history that began in the GDR era. The neighbourhood festival strengthens the sense of community: It shows that behind the prefabricated building facades lives a committed, diverse neighbourhood. In 2026, Lütten Klein will celebrate its neighbourhood festival again under the motto »We are Lütten Klein«. The exact date in September had not yet been set at the time of editorial deadline and will be announced by the Lütten Klein local district council and IN VIA Rostock e.V. — for comparison: in 2025, the festival took place on September 27th. As usual, the festival mile extends from the Warnow Park via the Boulevard to the weekly market, with the participation of numerous clubs and institutions.
