DIY Festival Without a Promoter

Ingeborgs Ferienlager describes itself as what it is: a festival without a promoter, without commercial ulterior motives — "just bands, visitors, and camping, enjoying music, and having fun." Organized by a collective from the Anhalt punk scene, the festival takes place on the grounds of the Paintball Sportverein Zerbst in the Zernitz district — a meadow on the outskirts of Zerbst/Anhalt in the Anhalt-Bitterfeld district.

Five days of open-air program, camping included, a small, close-knit community: the Ferienlager has earned a reputation over the years that extends far beyond Saxony-Anhalt. Those who buy tickets here are not buying a stadium experience, but a few days of punk summer camp with everything that goes with it — beer, campfires, hard guitars, and the will that festivals can also function without corporations.

Lineup 2026 — Böhse Neffen among others

Confirmed for 2026 are, among others, Böhse Neffen — a dedicated insider tip from the German underground scene. The complete lineup will be communicated step-by-step by the collective via Facebook and the festival mailing list. Those interested in the genre will know the band selection inside out anyway — Cretex Mortrium, Friends of Doris, and similar DIY acts have played in previous years.

Zerbst/Anhalt and the Anhalt-Bitterfeld District

Zerbst/Anhalt in the Anhalt-Bitterfeld district is the ancestral home of the Anhalt-Zerbster line — the birthplace of the later Empress Catherine the Great is just a stone's throw from the festival grounds. Today, Zerbst is a small town in southern Saxony-Anhalt, surrounded by forests, meadows, and lakes — perfect DIY terrain for a summer festival far from the hustle and bustle.
