About Hallberger Wiesn
Hallberger Wiesn — edition 2026
The 2026 edition is the 35th Hallberger Wiesn and runs from Wednesday, April 22, to Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the festival grounds on Predazzoallee. It opens on Wednesday, April 22, at 5:30 PM with a traditional open-air concert at Rathausplatz, followed by a parade of clubs to the festival tent. The festival beer in 2026 will be provided by the new partner brewery Erdinger Weißbräu, which has specially brewed the festival beer "Strawanzer" (12.3 percent original wort, 5.3 percent alcohol). For the first time, a Ferris wheel will be spinning on the festival grounds. There will be an extensive children's program, the popular senior citizens' afternoon, and live music every evening. On Saturday, April 25, the tent opens at 11 AM for the morning pint, and from 1 PM, lost property from Munich Airport will be auctioned off.
