Town Festival and Brewery Courtyard
The Zirndorf Town and Brewery Courtyard Festival is the grand town festival of Zirndorf, organized together with the traditional Zirndorf Brewery. Zirndorf is located in the district of Fürth in the administrative region of Middle Franconia (state of Bavaria), not far from Fürth and Nuremberg. The venue is the brewery courtyard on Rote Straße and the surrounding town area.
Beer Straight from the Source
The focus is on the fresh beer from the Zirndorf brewery. The traditional beer tapping ceremony marks the start. Brewery tours are offered on several days, giving visitors insight into the beer-making process.
Music, Carriage Rides, and Church Tower
The program includes live music on several stages, horse-drawn carriage rides through the town, and the popular church tower climb with views over Zirndorf. Franconian gastronomy and convivial stalls liven up the festival grounds.
Sunday with Open Shops
On the festival Sunday, shops are open, inviting visitors to stroll through the town center and connecting the festival with local retail – an attraction for the entire region.

Town and Brewery Courtyard Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of the Zirndorf Town and Brewery Courtyard Festival runs from Friday, July 24, to Sunday, July 26, 2026, in the courtyard of the Zirndorf brewery at Rote Straße 8-10.
The traditional beer tapping ceremony kicks things off on Friday at 7 PM. Bar service and food: Friday 5 PM–11 PM, Saturday 4 PM–11 PM, Sunday 11 AM–9 PM. Brewery tours take place on Saturdays at 5 PM, 6 PM, and 7 PM, and on Sundays at 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM, and 4 PM. Horse-drawn carriage rides are available on Saturdays from 5 PM–10 PM and Sundays from 1 PM–5 PM. The church tower climb is possible on Friday from 6 PM–9 PM, Saturday from 3 PM–9 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM–7 PM. In addition, there will be live music on several stages and a Sunday with open shops (1 PM–6 PM).
