Fürther Grafflmarkt

The classic of the Franconian flea market scene

Since 1975, the Grafflmarkt has been the heart of Fürth's market calendar. "Graffl" is Franconian for all sorts of odds and ends — and that's exactly what you'll find here: crockery, clothing, books, toys, records, antiques, furniture, tools, and countless curious individual items from the region's attics, garages, and cellars.

Two dates per year

The Grafflmarkt takes place twice a year — at the end of June and in mid-September, each on Saturday and Sunday. Both dates attract tens of thousands of visitors to the Old Town, with stalls lining the approximately 1.5 km route from Kirchenplatz to Löwenplatz through the historic city center.

Who can set up a stall?

Both private individuals and commercial traders can register a stall. The stall fee is moderate:

• "Three by one meter" (without a canopy): 36 Euros
• Larger pitches with a canopy: 72 Euros

Online registration opens on June 1st at 10:00 AM on ticket-regional.de and Franken-Ticket Fürth. Unreserved spots will be raffled off the day before at the market office and can be paid for in cash. Non-profit associations can register from May 11th via the market office.

Children's Grafflmarkt

A separate children's flea market takes place concurrently around St. Michael's Church — children sell their own second-hand goods and conduct their first market negotiations. A wonderful introduction to the market character of Fürth.
