Festival for Personal Growth

The for us Festival is, by its own claim, North Germany's first festival for personal development, music, and community. It is aimed at individuals and teams who want to grow in various areas of life, develop personally, and unfold their individual potential. The venue is the IGA Park Rostock in the Schmarl district of the Hanseatic city of Rostock in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

Multiple Stages, Three Days of Program

Over three days, the festival takes place on the festival meadow of the IGA Park as well as in the Rotunda and the HanseMesse. A diverse program of talks, workshops, interviews, and protected discussion spaces runs on several stages. The topics range from relationships, career, and finances to self-realization, healing, and success, as well as mindfulness, artificial intelligence, business development, and health.

Speakers and Inspiration

The festival brings renowned speakers to the stages who provide insights into self-realization, resilience, and personal development. Talks and workshops alternate with interviews and exchange formats, allowing guests to both absorb inspiration and engage in personal dialogue.

Location by the Water

The IGA Park Rostock is located directly on the Warnow river, just a few kilometers from the Baltic Sea beach. The green park landscape with its festival meadow, Rotunda, and HanseMesse combines the content program with a relaxed, nature-oriented festival atmosphere. The format complements the region's event calendar with a festival focused on conscious growth.
