About adriAkustik
adriAkustik is a singer-songwriter festival held in the Kulturpark Deutzen near Leipzig.
It offers around 750 attendees five days of handmade, German-language music across three stages, campfires, tent and campervan camping, real toilets and showers, and a uniquely intimate festival atmosphere.
adriAkustik — edition 2026
The adriAkustik Singer-Songwriter Festival takes place from August 12 to 16, 2026, at the Kulturpark Deutzen near Leipzig. Around 100 artists from the German-speaking singer-songwriter scene will transform the lush festival grounds into a five-day sanctuary for acoustic music.
Beyond the exclusive Wednesday headliner show featuring Felix Meyer, Maike Rosa Vogel, and Bastian Bandt, as well as the legendary performances by Götz Widmann, there are plenty of other highlights in store.
Funny van Dannen is coming out of retirement for a special adriAkustik performance, Simon & Jan promise goosebump-inducing moments, and Friday features a "Monsters of Liedermaching" showcase with Der Flotte Totte, Lagerfeuerotz, Frische Mische, and finally PanneBierhorst by the campfire.
A space for resonance, not consumption
adriAkustik isn't your typical commercial festival. It’s a place where songwriters and music lovers, established stars, newcomers, audiences, and volunteers meet as equals—on stage, between the tents, and around the campfire. With its unique blend of professional production, an open-minded culture, and a strong sense of community, the festival has evolved since 2013 into a true family reunion for the German singer-songwriter scene.
New formats for 2026
In 2026, we are putting a special focus on our unique festival formats. The Liedermacher:innenshow continues the open-stage tradition: over three evenings, around two dozen artists will each present two songs, hosted by rotating duos.
The Liedermacher:innenliga is another highlight. This is where songs are crafted fresh: in the month leading up to the festival, ten randomly selected artists write a new song based on a theme chosen by the audience, performing it live for the first time on the adriAkustik stage. A jury selects the best entry to be awarded the "Golden Humpen" trophy.
The Whisper Concerts in the Hobbit House offer intimate experiences for a small audience, while our late-night silent disco concerts are a musical experiment: both the audience and the artists wear wireless headphones, allowing for an intense sound experience that disturbs no one.

Tickets are slightly cheaper in advance (e.g., five-day ticket 110 Euro, day tickets starting at 25 Euro). Admission is free for children up to 6 years old. Discounted tickets for older children are available in various tiers exclusively at the box office!
Practical information — adriAkustik
Arrival by car:
Take the A72 Leipzig-Chemnitz to Borna (exit 25 or 26); parking is signposted.
Arrival by public transport:
S5 train runs every 30 minutes from Leipzig and Halle; it is a 15-minute walk from Deutzen station.
Tents/Camping:
Camping is included in the ticket price; campervan spots cost 20 euros per vehicle.
Sanitary facilities:
Toilets, accessible WCs, and showers are located at the campsite and near the stage.
Food & Drink:
Food (including vegan options) and drinks are available on-site; you may bring your own food to the camping area. Glass bottles are prohibited throughout the grounds.
Children:
Children are welcome when accompanied by a legal guardian. Admission is free for children up to 6 years old. Discounted children's tickets are only available at the festival box office.
Dogs:
Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the park. Dogs are not allowed in front of the stage.
Accessibility:
The park grounds feature grass, forest paths, asphalt, and woodchip paths; accessible WCs and showers are available. Accompanying persons with a disability pass (marked 'B') receive free entry.
Awareness:
An awareness team including FLINTA* individuals is available at all times. Contact them at the awareness stand or via the entrance, technical, or security staff.

Solidarity over consumerism
With a maximum of 750 attendees, adriAkustik remains deliberately intimate. Solidarity here is not just an ideal, but a lived practice. Visitors, musicians, and organizers share a desire to actively contribute to each other's happiness—a pursuit of "more for everyone." This is made possible by the many musicians in the audience.
At adriAkustik, the line between being in the audience and on stage is merely a matter of location. Someone who was just singing along in the crowd might be moving people to tears with a guitar and a quiet voice minutes later. adriAkustik has no festival hierarchy. The stars of the scene sit around the same campfire as those who usually applaud them. And when the guitar goes around, only the song matters; no one asks who fills which concert halls outside these magical days. Through such encounters on equal footing and the many open formats, adriAkustik is practiced support for emerging talent. For young singer-songwriters, the festival is both a baptism and a trial by fire.
A sanctuary for song lovers
adriAkustik aims to be a sanctuary for song lovers—and it succeeds. The strong presence of female voices shows how change is possible: the scene, whose "saints" were long named Hannes (Wader), Konstantin (Wecker), and Reinhard (Mey), now listens to Dota (Kehr), Sarah (Lesch), or Maike Rosa (Vogel). This benefits not only the festival but German song culture as a whole.
Every year, adriAkustik transforms Kulturpark Deutzen for five days into a colorful summer song—somewhere between campfire romance, holiday communism, and a loving family reunion.
