Carnival Tent in the Coburg Region
When the fifth season reaches its peak, the Landjugend Meeder transforms the fairground into a carnival tent. Over four days, the program ranges from DJ party nights and live bands to a free family afternoon — a format that attracts many Carnival enthusiasts in the region around Coburg.
2026 Program — From DJ Party to Brass Band
In 2026, the Zeltfasching kicks off on Friday, February 13th, with DJs BUMP & CARUSO. On Saturday, February 14th, the party band Highline will create the atmosphere. Sunday, February 15th, is dedicated to the whole family from 1 PM to 6 PM — with live music, a magician, a bouncy castle, and many games, all with free admission. On Rose Monday, February 16th, the band BLECHBANDE will conclude the Zeltfasching.
Meeder — Municipality in the Coburg District
Meeder is located in the Coburg district, in the state of Bavaria, northwest of Coburg. The Zeltfasching is one of the municipality's most vibrant traditional events, supported by the volunteer efforts of the Landjugend.
Zeltfasching Meeder — edition 2026
The Landjugend Meeder e.V. is hosting the Zeltfasching 2026 over four days. It kicks off on Friday, February 13th, with DJs BUMP & CARUSO starting at 9 PM. On Saturday, February 14th, the party band Highline will perform starting at 9 PM.
Sunday, February 15th, is a free family afternoon from 1 PM to 6 PM with live music, a magician, a bouncy castle, and other activities, including catering.
