The Zeltfasching Meeder is a fixture in the Carnival calendar of the Coburg region. The Landjugend Meeder e.V. (Meeder Rural Youth Association) invites you to the festival tent at the Meeder fairground for four evenings of parties, live bands, and a free family afternoon. The 2026 edition runs from Friday, February 13th, to Monday, February 16th, 2026 — featuring a DJ party, a party band, a family program with a magician, and a brass music finale. Admission is 10 Euros at the box office, with free entry on Family Sunday.

When the fifth season reaches its peak, the Landjugend Meeder transforms the fairground into a carnival tent. Over four days, the program ranges from DJ party nights and live bands to a free family afternoon — a format that attracts many Carnival enthusiasts in the region around Coburg.

In 2026, the Zeltfasching kicks off on Friday, February 13th, with DJs BUMP & CARUSO. On Saturday, February 14th, the party band Highline will create the atmosphere. Sunday, February 15th, is dedicated to the whole family from 1 PM to 6 PM — with live music, a magician, a bouncy castle, and many games, all with free admission.
