VAHRinale — the children's festival at Vahrer See

When the meadow by Vahrer See becomes a playground

There are festivals that belong entirely to children — the VAHRinale is exactly one of them. For four days, the Bürgerzentrum Neue Vahr transforms the meadow by Vahrer See into a large adventure playground for children and young people. From July 2nd to 5th, 2026, young guests can expect a packed program of creativity, games, and stage performances — a firmly established, lovingly organized event in the summer calendar of eastern Bremen.

The focus is on a wide range of creative activities: from crafting and making to hands-on activities and outdoor fun in the green. A stage provides entertainment, while games and activities invite participation. The concept is deliberately accessible and family-friendly — a festival for everyone, where the emphasis is on shared experiences rather than consumption.
