Berlin Meeting Point of the Dark Scene
Since the late 1980s, Berlin has been a central hub for the German-speaking Dark Electronic scene—from the early EBM scene to the later Synthpop, Industrial, and Future Pop movements of the 2000s. Unity 2026 is the format that bundles this scene diversity into two days: not a single genre, but the entire spectrum from Dark Electronic to Synthpop to Industrial.
Three Main Attractions on Day 1
The first festival day focuses on three retro-affine headliners: VNV Nation present an old-school set featuring classic tracks from the early 2000s—a deliberate focus on the band's formative years. IAMX play a best-of from their repertoire. And Zeromancer make a special appearance: performing their complete 2000 debut album Clone Your Lover in full—one of the most influential Norwegian Industrial Rock albums. Day 2 expands the program with two other key acts from the scene: Northern Lite and Absurd Minds.
Columbiahalle and Tempelhof-Schöneberg District
The Columbiahalle on Columbiadamm in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district (on the border of Kreuzberg) is one of Berlin's central event venues with a capacity of around 3500. It's located directly next to Tempelhof Airport, within walking distance of the U-Bahn station Platz der Luftbrücke and the Südkreuz S-Bahn station. The festival is organized by Headline Concerts—one of the most important German concert promoters for Dark Electronic productions.

Two festival days at the historic Columbiahalle with a curated selection of headliners and supporting acts from the German and international Dark scene. Events start in the evening and end shortly before midnight.

The Unity 2026 festival runs on Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 at the Columbiahalle, Columbiadamm 13-21, 10965 Berlin-Kreuzberg. Organizer: Headline Concerts. Capacity around 3500 seats.
Day 1 — Friday, October 2nd, 2026
- VNV Nation — Old-School Set. The German-Irish band around Ronan Harris focuses on classic tracks from the early 2000s, the band's formative period.
- IAMX — Best-of Set. Chris Corner and band play a curated selection from the repertoire of the last two decades.
- Zeromancer — Special Program: Clone Your Lover, the complete debut album of the Norwegian Industrial Rock band from 2000 played in full — a highly acclaimed revival in the Dark scene.
Day 2 — Saturday, October 3rd, 2026
- VNV Nation — Regular Set
- IAMX — Regular Set
- Zeromancer — Regular Set
- Northern Lite — The German Synth/Pop band from Erfurt.
- Absurd Minds — Future-Pop trio from Germany.

Unity caters to the German and European Dark Electronic, Industrial, and Synthpop scene—music genres that built broad followings in Germany in the late 1980s and 1990s and today maintain a loyal, well-organized fan community. Berlin has been a central venue for this scene since the early 1990s.

Getting There
Take the U-Bahn line U6 to Platz der Luftbrücke (500 m). Bus lines M43 and 248. S-Bahn lines S41/S42 to Tempelhof + 10 minutes walk. By car via the A100—parking around the venue is very limited.

Combo tickets for both days start at €77.40. Single-day tickets are available. Purchase via berlin.de and headlineconcerts.de. Events start in the evening; exact start times per day will be announced on the organizer's website before the festival.
