Zehdenick — Port Town on the Havel
Zehdenick is located in the north of the Oberhavel district, about 65 km north of Berlin, on the navigable Havel river. The small town, with around 13,000 inhabitants, is historically shaped by two industries: brickworks (in the Mildenberg district, now the Ziegeleipark industrial monument) and shipping on the Havel-Oder waterway. This explains the central location of today's festival grounds directly on the harbor.

As of May 2026, the complete program has not yet been published on the municipal website — typical for medium-sized Brandenburg town festivals, which often finalize their stage program only a few weeks before the date.
What is Traditionally on the Program
Brandenburg town festivals follow a proven ritual, which is also repeated in Zehdenick:

Getting There
Zehdenick is located 65 km north of Berlin. By train RE5 from Berlin Hauptbahnhof to Zehdenick station (1 h). From the station, a 10-minute walk to the festival grounds. By car via the A24 (exit Kremmen) and the B109.
