Community Festival in the Uckermark

Angermünde is the eastern capital of the Uckermark, surrounded by forests and lakes. The annual Stadtfest (town festival) transforms the city center into a two-day stage for local culture on the third weekend in June — true to the motto “From the region for the region”.

June 19 and 20, 2026 — The Schedule

Friday, June 19

• 4 PM — Concert by Angermünde choirs in St. Marienkirche
• 6 PM — Official opening of the Stadtfest on the market square
• Evening program with local artists

Saturday, June 20

• 11 AM — Program start on two stages with regional artists
• 7 PM — Schlagerfest and open mic night in the Bürgergarten
• All day: Club street, children's program, street food stalls

“From the region for the region”

The motto is the program: Bands, choirs, and solo artists from the Uckermark perform on the stages. Local clubs, the tourism association, and companies from the surrounding area present themselves at the stands. The catering comes from Angermünde businesses.

Setting — Market Square and Bürgergarten

The main venue is the market square with the late Gothic St. Marienkirche in the background. The Bürgergarten serves as a second stage and meeting point on Saturday evening.

The Stadtfest is organized by the City of Angermünde in cooperation with Angermünde Tourism and local clubs. Free admission.
