Electronics at Geiseltalsee
The SNT Festival – short for “SommerNachtsTräume” – celebrated its comeback in 2024 after a seven-year break, attracting over 4,000 visitors. In 2026, the event will continue in its two-day format, with over 35 acts on three stages. The venue is the main selling point: the Stöbnitz beach on the Geiseltalsee, one of Germany's largest artificial lakes, created from a former open-cast lignite mine.
The festival originally started as a one-day event in 2008 and was expanded to two days in 2012. After the break, it returns as an EDM and Schlager crossover festival – with a lineup ranging from hard electronic music (Ostblockschlampen, Komacasper) to commercial acts (Mia Julia) and Mallorca artists (Die Gebrüder Brett). Three stages – the Sun Stage for the main acts, the Wave Stage for more progressive electronics, and a third for specials – cover the area between the beach and the campsite.
Mücheln (Geiseltal) is located in the Saalekreis district, about 30 kilometers west of Halle (Saale), in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The Geiseltalsee itself – with 1,840 hectares of water surface – is one of the largest artificial lakes in Germany and part of the region's green structural transformation. For the festival, this means: swimming, sunsets over the water, perfect beach atmosphere.
SNT Festival — edition 2026
The 2026 edition continues the 2024 comeback: two days of festival, three stages (Sun Stage, Wave Stage, third stage), camping included as an add-on. Beach location on the Geiseltalsee – with swimming opportunities during the day and DJ sets until morning.

Getting There
By car: A38 or A9 towards Mücheln, follow signs for Geiseltalsee / Stöbnitzer Strand. Parking available at the festival grounds (fee applies).
By train: Mücheln (Geiseltal) station, then shuttle or taxi to the beach.
Camping
On-site camping available (€29.90 add-on). Deposit system (€5) for rubbish. Car, motorhome, and caravan options.
Tickets
Advance 2-day ticket: €69.90 (price increases after May 3rd). Day ticket Fri or Sat: €43.90. 4-Friends Bundle: €239.60 (sold out).
Notes
Festival for ages 18+, or 16+ with parental consent form. Bring swimwear – the lake is part of the festival. Glass bottles prohibited.
