Shakespeare im Park transforms Bremen's Bürgerpark into an open-air stage every summer. On the Melcherswiese meadow, in front of the Melchersbrücke bridge, the internationally renowned Bremer Shakespeare Company performs a dense repertoire of Shakespearean classics and modern plays over almost two weeks – including A Midsummer Night's Dream, Medea, The Winter's Tale, and a play in English. With chairs, picnics, and a summer evening atmosphere in the green, it's one of Northern Germany's most popular theatre festivals.

The Bremer Shakespeare Company will perform a repertoire of Shakespearean classics and modern plays over almost two weeks, including A Midsummer Night's Dream, Medea, The Winter's Tale, and Hamlet in English. Getting there

The Melcherswiese in Bürgerpark can be reached via tram line 8 and bus line 25, as well as on foot via Parkallee. Parking is available on Parkallee.
