Rohvolution Speyer — Raw and Vital Food Fair at the Stadthalle with over 50 expert lectures, tastings, and exhibitors from the vital and natural food scene
Rohvolution is the established fair series for raw food, vital food, and healthy eating in German-speaking countries. It tours several cities (Berlin, Stuttgart, Cologne, Speyer) and is aimed at an audience interested in vital nutrition, plant-based diets, and health prevention.
The venue in Speyer is the Stadthalle at Obere Langgasse 33 — a centrally located event hall with multiple levels and ample space for exhibitors, lecture areas, and tasting stands. The fair is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The exhibitor directory includes producers and retailers from the fields of raw food, superfoods, sprouts, fermentation, algae, hemp products, cocoa, smoothies, and juices. In addition, manufacturers of vital food appliances will present their products: high-performance blenders (Vitamix, Bianco), dehydrators, juicers (slow juicers), sprout boxes, fermentation vessels. Natural cosmetic brands, food supplements, and products for alkaline nutrition complete the offering.
The heart of Rohvolution is the expert lectures. Over the weekend, more than 50 lectures will be held in several parallel lecture rooms. Topics range from vital nutrient medicine and alkaline nutrition to fasting and detox, as well as specific health issues (diabetes, allergies, autoimmune diseases). Speakers include doctors, nutritionists, naturopaths, raw food chefs, and authors from the scene.
Visitors can taste numerous products directly at the exhibitor stands — smoothies, juices, raw food pralines, fermented specialties. Practical topics are taught in separate workshop areas: growing sprouts, fermentation, raw food cuisine. The catering service is completely vegan, with a focus on raw food dishes.
The 2026 Speyer edition runs on the first weekend of September. Over two days, exhibitors from the vital food sector will present themselves, and more than 50 expert lectures will run in parallel.
The exact 2026 program will be published by the organizer in the summer. The structure will follow the proven cornerstones of previous years.
