The former Genesis singer live in the historic steelworks on the Havel — October 17, 2026
Ray Wilson, born in 1968 in Dumfries (Scotland), entered rock history as the last frontman of Genesis: in 1997, he succeeded Phil Collins and sang the album 'Calling All Stations'. Before that, he became known with the band Stiltskin and the worldwide hit 'Inside' (1994). Today, he tours Europe solo with his own band — and will stop at the Industrial Museum Brandenburg an der Havel on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
The concert begins at 8:00 PM in the brick halls of the Industrial Museum at August-Sonntag-Straße 5. You'll experience Ray Wilson with his band, including Steve Wilson (vocals/guitar), Kool Lyczek (piano/keyboards), Marcin Kajper (bass/saxophone/flute/clarinet), Mario Koszel (drums), and Alicja Chrząszcz (violin). The setlist includes Genesis classics ('Carpet Crawlers', 'Follow You Follow Me', 'Land of Confusion'), Stiltskin material, songs from Wilson's solo discography, and current original compositions.
The Industrial Museum Brandenburg an der Havel preserves the last remaining Siemens-Martin steelworks from the GDR era. Brick halls, massive steel furnaces, old cranes, and locomotives form the backdrop for one of Brandenburg's most atmospheric concert venues — a mix of concert stage, industrial monument, and historical site. Brandenburg an der Havel, with around 72,000 inhabitants, is the namesake city of the federal state and was one of the most important steel cities in the GDR in the 20th century; the museum tells this story and regularly opens its doors for concerts and special events.
