Brewery Estate with Festival Flair

The Pyraser brewery estate of the Pyraser Landbrauerei is located on the outskirts of the market town of Thalmässing in the Roth district of Central Franconia — between Nuremberg to the north and Ingolstadt to the south. What the people of Pyras have built up over years of festivals and brewery celebrations has now become its own open-air brand: Classic Rock, Bayrisch Rock, Bayrisch Heiß, and other themed concert evenings. The Classic Rock Night is the flagship event for classic rock and metal fans.

Acts 2026: Rose Tattoo and Dirkschneider

The Pyraser Classic Rock Night 2026 features two heavyweights of the scene:

• Rose Tattoo — The Australian hard rock pioneers around singer Angry Anderson have stood for blues-infused, hard rock music with an unmistakable Hammond sound since 1976. They have had a lasting influence on bands like Guns N' Roses and Metallica.
• Dirkschneider — The heavy metal project led by former Accept frontman Udo Dirkschneider plays a cross-section of early Accept classics ("Balls to the Wall", "Metal Heart", "Fast as a Shark") and songs from the U.D.O. discography.

This positions the 2026 edition as a clear homage to the hard rock and heavy metal history of the 1970s and 1980s.

The Classic Rock Night draws rock and metal fans from all over Southern Germany to Central Franconia — known for its down-to-earth, festival-experienced audience that appreciates the intimate setting of the brewery estate. The concert is embedded in the gastronomic offerings of the Pyraser Landbrauerei: Pyraser Naturtrübes, Helles, Weißbier, and their own Festival Beer are served, along with Franconian Bratwurst, Schäuferla, and Bratl. Thus, the Classic Rock Night is also a brewery festival celebrating the identity of Pyras as an independent Franconian country brewery.
