From June 11 to July 19, 2026, the FIFA World Cup will take place in the USA, Canada, and Mexico – the first World Cup with 48 teams and thus also the longest tournament in history. While football fans gather in public viewing areas across Germany, the Augustiner Biergarten at the Kursaal Bad Cannstatt offers one of Stuttgart's most atmospheric public viewings: a beer garden over 140 years old right at the entrance to the Kurpark, combined with large screens, Augustiner beer, and Bavarian-Swabian cuisine.

The beer garden and restaurant Kursaal Gastronomie have existed since around 1880 and are among Stuttgart's largest and most traditional beer gardens. Shady chestnut trees, long wooden beer tables, and the view of the Kurpark Bad Cannstatt provide a special setting for the 2026 public viewing. All World Cup matches will be broadcast during regular opening hours – daily from 12 p.m. in good weather.
