Four Whitsun Days at Höhnstedt Sports Field

"Whitsun at SV Höhnstedt" is a classic Whitsun festival of a village sports club – and precisely for this reason, a real piece of quality of life in the municipality of Salzatal. The sports club house at the Höhnstedt sports field opens its doors on the Whitsun weekend and invites you to celebrate for four days. Over the years, the festival has become a firm fixture that attracts families, club members, and guests from all over the Salzatal municipality.

The program follows the tried-and-tested Whitsun festival dramaturgy: Friday evening festival opening with beer tapping and the first dance band, Saturday the biggest festival day with live music until late at night, Sunday family day with children's program and morning pint (Frühschoppen) in the late morning, Whitsun Monday relaxed conclusion with coffee, cake, and dancing. The club takes care of the catering itself – bratwurst from the grill, beer from the tap, coffee, and homemade cake.
